Return Policy on NEW Equipment

All Brand New Equipment comes backed with a USA Warranty, unless otherwise stated.
Brand New Equipment are not returnable, unless otherwise stated.
For warranty service on any New Equipment please contact the US Importer for instructions.

Return Policy on USED Equipment

All used equipment may be returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
All used equipment comes backed with a 90 day Koh's Camera warranty unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers returning Used equipment for warranty service or refunds are responsible for the cost of shipping.  Return shipping to the customer for warranty service on Used Equipment is by way of ground shipping and is at no charge to the customer.
If customer needs rush shipping they are then responsible for shipping charges.

There is a 5% restocking fee on returned used equipment unless otherwise stated.
