1. What are your store hours?

The Store Hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Closed Wednesday and Sunday
Closed on some Holidays
Please check the home page for any announcements

2. Do you accept Paypal?

No, Unfortunately the store
Does not accept Paypal as a form of payment.
We can accept the following
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Checks, or Money Orders


For First Time International Customers
We can no longer accept Credit Cards as a form of payment
We can accept the following
Money Transfers, Money Orders, and Check

We are located in North Bellmore New York

5. Is this a secure site?

 If you will be sending any sensitive information
via e-mail and that is your only option for contact we've informed all of our customers to send this information
in 2 - 3 separate e-mails since this is NOT a secure site.
The best means of contact is via fax or phone.

6. Who works at Koh's ?

 We are a family business, so if you do call in
 you will either be talking to the owner
Mr. Koh, his wife or one of his 2 daughters

7. When is this site updated?

 We try to update the site everyday.
Of course, if the store is busier than usual, the in house customers
will be served first before we can finish any updating

9. I'd like to sell a camera to you.. what should I do?

 If you would like to sell us any photography equipment please send us an e-mail with the following information.

1. The make and model
2. Any blemishes (scratches, dents, fungus etc.)
3. Working or Non-working condition
4. Any images that may help describe the cameras condition

10. I requested images why aren't you sending me images? Because Patricia has started her new Full Time job (Congrats!!)
She will only be helping out the family store on Saturdays.

All image requests will be fulfilled by Saturday afternoon.
